This 16 hour training is for managers of challenge course and climbing wall programs. It takes place primarily in the classroom but does include a short visit to ropes course while covering the topcis of course inspections. Some of the other topics covered include:

• Staff Supervision and Development
• Liability and Other Legal Issues
